Limited service. We place and maintain your MLS listing. You handle showings, negotiation, and closing. We don't do that part.
Not your agent. We're not representing you in the transaction.
Self-serve, with help. You stay in the driver's seat the whole way — with our toolkit guiding you at each step.
The fee. $249, earned once your listing is published. Add-ons billed separately.
